As I sit in my office and look at the photos of you on my wall I can't believe the fun your mom and I have had with you. I see when you were just a tiny baby and fit in your mom's arms - and I am looking at you wondering if I could be a good dad.
But every year you get bigger, you talk more, you do more- and every stage I have loved being your father.
You still like me to lay down with you as you go to sleep at night, and last night I told you, "One day, JJ, you won't want me here and that will make me sad."
But for now - being your dad is the best job I could ever have.
